About the Artist, Rajashree Nedungadi (@curiocity98):
I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Mumbai in Economics. I had my first association with art 22 years ago when I took it up as a hobby. This has now become my passion and a way of living. I specialise in more that 350 art forms and conduct workshops for individuals, corporates, institutions and NGOs under my brand Curiocity in multiple cities. My mission is to spread knowledge about traditional art forms and ensuring that the rich Indian heritage is not lost.
I have authored a book on Pichwai paintings, an art form from Rajasthan, called Pichwai Paintings, Heritage of Rajasthan. I have participated in the Kala Ghoda festival 2017 and have received the Award for Best Performer 2018-2019 by PIDILITE Industries – India’s only arts, crafts and hobby retail chain. This year too, I am one of the selected artists for the PIDILITE certified training.
