Miniature Clay workshop by Darshana Golecha on December 27th
About the Artist, Darshana Golecha (@_artbeam):
Born and brought up in Mumbai, immediately fell in love with Mumbai ka Khana and used this as a source of inspiration for my art. I am a Miniature Clay Artist. Pursuing this hobby from past 06 years and have taught more than 100+ kids and adults. Recently, got featured in a Mumbai based newspaper Mid-Day for creating realistic Food Miniatures.

Here's what you'll learn at this workshop:
- Handling the Clay
- Mixing the colours
- How to give textures to make the food look real
- Colouring the object
- Assembling the platter
- How to use printables
- Tips and techniques for clay
In this workshop, the participants will be doing two platters:
- Macroons with cake
- Mcdonalds Happy Meal
You don't need any prior experience to attend this workshop
Materials Required:- Thai clay (from amazon or crafterscorner)
- Camel oil colour tubes (student or artist grade)
- Fevicryl modpodge gloss
- Scissors
- Fevicol
- Waste cloth or tissue
- Any bottle cap or round cutter around (2cm n 4cm each)
- Toothpick
- Old toothbrush
- Nivea cream
- Talcum powder
- Rolling pin
- Paint brush
- Turpentine
- Safety pin
