Digital Painting Workshop for Beginners by Artma on January 26th in Mumbai

About the Artist, Venkatesh Paspureddi (@artma):

Venkatesh is an Engineer who went to IIM. He quit his social media career to follow his passion for art. He is trained in Ravindra Bharathi University for 8 years in Fine Arts. He focused mostly on traditional mediums - Watercolor and Oil Painting.

During 2010, he discovered digital art and started doing it as a hobby for 7 years. In 2018 he quit his job and set up the firm, Artma Studios. Artma Studios specializes in Portraits. Artma Studios has commissioned portraits for the likes of Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshna, Amitabh Bachchan and many other stars.

It took him a long time to learn the techniques that he uses in his Digital Paintings. He loves to help artists who wants to take up Digital Painting.

What should I know before the workshop

• Know how to use a PC
• Know to write with a pen/pencil

Materials Provided:

• XP Pen Tablets (Needs to be returned at the end of the workshop)
• Notepad
• Pencil / Eraser / Pen / Sharpener

What else do I need to know?

• There are no age restrictions - everyone is welcome
• You will need to get your own laptop and we will provide the Pen Tablets for the duration of workshop
• Language of instructions will be English and Hindi
• There’ll be music to help your creative juices flow into the pieces that you create throughout the workshop

The venue is Air Conditioned with comfortable seating and furniture with an audio system. The following will also be provided as part of the workshop.
