Brush Lettering Workshop by Vidya Kumaresan on July 30th & 31st

About the Artist:

I am Vidya Kumaresan (@thewishingink), a Self taught artist from Namakkal and the founder of The Wishing Ink, which mainly focuses on making personalised handdrawn art. I specialize in hand lettering, Calligraphy, Water coloring and have two years of experience in Graphic designing as well.  I started learning hand lettering / calligraphy two years back and have been teaching the art for a while now. I love anything and everything that's handmade and believe in spreading good vibes through art.

In this workshop, you will learn the following:

1. Introduction to Brush Lettering
2. Tools
3. Formation of Lower Case Alphabets
4. Formation of Upper Case Alphabets
5. Formation of words

Materials Required:

1. TWI Practice sheets (We will email this to you before the workshop)
2. Any Brush Pen
3. 1 Notepad
4. Pencil, Scale and Eraser.

The workshop will be hosted via Zoom. We will send you a unique Zoom link a day before the workshop for you to join.
